How to set up your “week snapshot”

  1. Set Up a "This Week's Life Snapshot" Section: On your Notion dashboard, create a dedicated section for your upcoming week.

  2. Use Toggles for Organization: Incorporate toggles in your snapshot section to manage different categories like meals, outings, and workouts. This makes it easy to hide details when you don't need to see them and reduces clutter on your main page.

  3. Filter and Pin Items for Focus: Go through your databases, such as meals or workout plans, and filter them down to what is relevant for the week. Pin items by creating a “checkbox” property and use the “filter” feature to only show the items you’ve “checked off”.

  4. Incorporate Inspirational Elements: Add a personal touch to your Notion dashboard with weekly inspirational quotes or images. Collect these from sources like Pinterest and update them weekly to continually inspire you.

These steps should help you organize your week more efficiently and get the most out of your Notion setup!
