The coaching call with you was exactly what I needed to go from feeling stuck and overwhelmed and just in my head about what to do next, to clearly understanding what I wanted to do and fully recognising my WHY! (You have no idea how I have struggled for years with that damn question). Not because you told me what "I should do", not because you gave me a "cookie cutter do this and do this list of things", but because you have the most authentic way of asking questions that make me really look inward for the answers. Because you recognise that we all know what we need. It's really hard to explain, but after every call with you, I have a mindset shift that not only helps with business, but with real life shifts!

An hour coaching call with Michelle was exactly what I needed to spur myself into intentional action! I was lacking in clarity on my direction (hello, overwhelm) prior to the call, and felt pulled towards multiple pathways with no idea where to put my focus first. Michelle managed to dive straight to the core of what was needed for my next step, and in turn I've felt more energised than ever. In fact, my biggest realisation was that I already have everything I need right now to take the next step...but before this call I was putting hurdles in my way.
